Multiple Budget Graphic Designers wanted.

We're currently looking to extend our freelance-team with multiple graphic designers for budget designs.
Over the next period we're going to launch some campaigns through our online networks where we offer graphic designs at fixed rates.
We will have two rates available: Basic (for more simple work) and Premium (for more time consuming work).
However, both levels will be budget rates!
Graphic designs will be for Facebook Timeline Covers, Events, Flyers, Banners, Cards, Twitter Backgrounds, Youtube Channels, Facebook, Apps, Websites, Avatars, Invitations, Tickets, Greeting Cards, Folders, Presentations, Stickers, Compliment Cards, Calenders, CD-DVD Covers, Daily Deal Coupons, E-Book Covers, Logos, etc.
You must be able to create professional design work for MAX. US$10 (for basic designs, incl. 2 revisions) or US$15-US$20 (for Premium designs which requires more time at a different experience level, incl. 2 revisions).
If you like to join our team, please bid for this. Once accepted, we'll ask you to provide us with extensive sample work which we can show our clients (online & offline), your contact details, rates-per-design (either US$10 or US$20 for Basic or Premium) and details about your skills, capacity, turn around times, etc. and one design to get a feeling about the working flow, etc.
We'll accept multiple bids which meet above requirements. But please make sure you understand our requirements.
