Need to redesign our homepage

Need a PSD Template simliar to [url removed, login to view] that matches our site (will show you the site in private message) that matches the theme of our site. You don't need to code it, I have someone already who can do that.
The PSD Template must include graphic backgrounds/button animations.
We will provide photos to use for the main image and the 3 images below it (and the PSD template must have the ability to replace these photos if we need to (keep them on a separate layer.
We want someone with excellent design skills.
