One page Landing or Sales Page small and quick project

Hello , I am looking for someone to design my landing page, 1 page only. It needs to be more like: [login to view URL] or something around it. Doesnt need to as detailed, and would stop at "View Pricing" instead it will have "Register Now" A slider needs to be added with features and some screenshots for advertisers and publishers, this portion will require JQ/JS. Please visit [login to view URL] Work is halfway done, so please keep bids low, budget is limited, around $50 max. This is a one page project only, the remaining pages will remain the same. I need someone that's comfortable with using CSS stylesheet and will not input any CSS on HTML. Furthermore, I need a designer thats creative and agile, I am open to suggestions.
