5 Page Website Design

We are looking for a 5 page website design for a client of ours. It is geared towards 'renewable energy' industry, so it must use a colour scheme of blue/white/green/yellow, with relevant graphics also.
Winning bidder must supply 2 different mockups for us to choose from within 48 hours of being awarded the work; and whole project must be completed within 7 days max (website links, html, etc). We will provide a logo for the banner only; and client will add content after about 5 days.
Budget of $100 max. Winning bidder, when successfully completed, will be able to bid on our future projects (via [url removed, login to view] only), which will be about 7-10 per month (combination of straightforward html projects, and CMS projects, so bidders must show their capability - we are a marketing company and regularly get asked to design client websites).
DESIGN is the most vital detail here, as it is straightforward HTML programming; our client will only approve a design that is very sleek, professional, contemporary, and stylish.
