We would need a header which includes our logo and redesigned "Rental Kharma" text near it. An optional menu bar (with possible ability to drop down), icons for popular social networking sites done in our color scheme (as the Facebook icon is on our site currently).

I am really sorry but for 500 $ you are going to have a basic HTML web site with poor design. If you want to have a great web site it will cost a little bit more.
