simple yet catchy design needed for lotto results website

Dear freelancer, I need a clean, simple, yet catchy design for a website that gives information on past lotto results. I need the following a design which: - is simple, catchy and good looking - uses graphics for the numbers as well as for the logo and/or some background/auxilairy images - is easily portable to CodeIgniter - has room in center for results - these will be posted as blog posts (not Wordpress) ; also some other posts will appear there - has room on the side for categories etc. Please only respond if: - you are good in design AND have a portfolio to back it up - are creative in coming up with catchy and user friendly solutions - mention the word 'TULIP' in your response or PM Happy bidding! -
