Streaming Service Required for atleast 200 listeners

I want to know if anyone can do me a service where I can live stream for atleast 200 to start of with. Also give me the 1st month free and then charge me from the 1st of the 2nd month? This service is just an extra im going to add to a website I have now. Basically Im going to be streaming talkshows from my radio/stereo. I will connect my radio to the back of my pc soundcard input so the sound goes into my pc. Then take things from there. This is important so if anyone can provide this for me. If you work with me this will be an advantage to you as I own quite a few companies you can benefit from. Please make sure you have some sort of messenger. Preferably MSN.
