17866 Total Site Design

I am looking for a professional, experianced web designer for a new site that we are launching, We just had a programmer from scriptlance finish writing the program for us, so the site is now ready for a designer who can use his own creativity "since we lack in this area", to create a beautiful look for this website, it is a horse racing based website, if you are fimiliar with how Fantasy Football works this site works the same way except, for Horse Racing, will supply the url upon request, basically i will say that we are not artistically inclined so we are looking for a Bright Designer that can maybe lead us with an idea and completed design, this is strictly design/code work no programming. If we can find a Bright Designer for this Job we have much more work for you and maybe a full time position!
