Looking for designer with clean and fresh design skills. Designer must add logo to site Coding job will entail customer login, and a web form consisting of an online application that user will then after submittal be able to save or print a pdf of the submitted application. Form submittal will be a pdf copy of the application. This job entails multiple weekly jobs so the cost for editing each template minus the coding is $50.00; Template coding is negotiable but not manditory to be awarded the job, However design of the web form is required.
