6839 Website Design + 25 Headers

I need a very simple 3 column web design that comprises a header, three columns and a footer. The code has to be 100% XHTML - so no tables. The site needs to work perfectly in IE, Firefox, Opera and hopefully Safari. The layout I am looking for is pretty simple, something like this: [login to view URL] would be adequate with the logo at the top, a small header, text link menu underneath and three clear and distinct columns. I plan on using this design on multiple websites that cover multiple niche markets, so I need 25 themed headers to go with it. The headers can be very graphical like the site I referenced above or discreet like the designer has used here: [login to view URL] so you can mix and match or stick to one style. I would like to see designers offering me some concepts, so show me some headers you can do on this subject: Alzheimers Disease It's a tricky one :-) Once the website has been designed and the first batch of 25 headers have been created, if everything is good and you work to exceed expectations, then there will be another 75 headers needed with probably another 25 per month. I feel that a talented and motivated designer could knock out this project in a maximum of 2-3 days - probably less. Payment through scriptlance escrow.
