I need to re design the homepage of my website and also change the background of all the website using .css Obviously need someone that knows about web design. PM me if you need more details about the project
Your job is to:
1.re-design the homepage and change the background of the whole website
2. My website if fully operational and once you make the re design of the homepage, you will need to make sure that my homepage and website continues to be fully operational.
I have an idea of what I want and I can give you my website details if you want to compare and see if you can do the job.
Budget for project is $100.00
Half ($50.00)milestone payment will be made once selected for the project. Other half will be transferred to you once you complete the project and I'm happy with the results. Don't ask me to escrow the full amount.
