Website Template and Logo Design

I have a consulting business and need a one page website template similar to http://www.solutionsetc.org. I would like a similar layout with CSS. It must be a 3 column liquid layout with a header and a footer. It must be SEO friendly (main page content first), cross-browser and iphone compatible. It must not contain CSS hacks, javascript, or images.
The horizontal navigation under the header and in the footer should contain 6 link holders with the ability to add more . The right and left columns should contain 3 vertical link holders with the ability to add more. I prefer css and html as I will be adding the content and editing as needed.
I also need a simple, but professional logo created. We can discuss colors, fonts, and any other design elements as I value your professional opinion.
