Basic fashion website in joomla

we are looking for nicely and simple website to display our products. The website is not intended for e-commerce at this moment but we need a shopping cart for customer be able to pick their products, get a final quote and submit it to our sales department. Our sale department then, will coordinate payment for products and delivery. The website MUST be in Spanish, as we are only focused in latin America at this moment. Bidder can use templates (no need originally designed website) but we need to use our our products pictures in the website. We liked these templates: [login to view URL] (our best pick) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] we have our brand, Holei Pali (our logo is attached) and website must be according to our brand colors (Black, Orange and white). We should be able to create categories, organize products into these categories, then input description for each product (including size , color, style, reference, quantity, units in stock and price, etc.). We shall be able to upload our pictures, but we will provide some pictures to start for you to create categories and insert at least 1 product per category. Then, we will take it from there. This is not different to millions of e-commerce websites already out there, but, here in latin america, people is reluctant to pay electronically, so the transaction must be finished either by phone or COD. Feel free to ask any questions and to suggest any template. We need something very easy to manage (on our end) and easy for our customer to look at the products. Thank you.
