202746 Joomla Design Modifications

I need the design of a Joomla website modified a bit. You can see a sample design at [login to view URL] (it is already setup on our server) The website is for a city travel guide and I need you to set it up in it's own folder for one city. ie. [login to view URL] (there are 15 pages for the city) I need the navigation taken out and just text link put in across the page beside the home button. Where it has the big picture I want to replace it with a video player The section with the speaker I need moved to the bottom of the page. Where it has the 4 areas (All in one package, etc) I need 10 areas instead of 4) I need you to change the logo and text In the right hand column I need 3 extra areas put in. Add some links at the top and bottom of page like Forum, Contact, Privacy etc etc. Then add the content o the 15 pages Couple of other little things. Need it done quickly. Please PMB when you can start and have it finished by. Easy job if you know Joomla. Thanks
