Paypal Standard set up for website

I have a website that needs connected to paypal standard. I have the paypal account and the basic html design for the page. If you go to [url removed, login to view] you will see the website. If you click on "Click here for Online Registration" you will be taken to a message page to update viewers that this is being done, but if you go to [url removed, login to view] you will see the html page designed to interact with paypal. I need someone to recreate that page and also create 2 products (Concert and an Event) within paypal that the site needs to sale Registrations for. I need someone fast who can do this today. This shouldn't be much work
