Company Logo and basic company website

We are starting a new company and have come up with a name, but we need a logo and a basic website created. we are fine with templates as long as it is customizable and we can add text. the site should be "corporate" in style and have nothing fancy but text and some pictures and links. the website should be HTML compliant and be fast to download... under 100kb with images... the logo will be related to the company name and we would like to choose from 5 designs and choose from there. we would like the final logo to be delivered in gif,jpg,tif, and psd. we also want the delivery file to include color, black and white versions of the logo. we will find a website similar to the look and feel we want and you will duplicate it. you will provide dummy text and we will fill in the rest later. if we already have text, we will provide it. We want a basic website- done in basic PHP. Nothing fancy. Perhaps a newsletter field to accept email addresses that will write to a file, but that's it. payment via Paypal or GAF. we'd like this entire project done within 1.5 weeks. most of the time will be spent by us trying to decide on what design. it should take an experienced designer probably 3-4 hours of real work.
