The following is the brief: Requirement: * Logo design and concept. * Restaurant menu. * Van decal for a 1970s VW Kombi van. * Promo template - a few templates that I can reuse by inserting new promo content. * Name/Business card. * Theme/skin for web site - I have purchase a website template and I only want to re-skin it with a new theme. * Wallpaper for PC and tablet. * What else?? Please feel free to propose. The Bread & Butter: 1. It has 4 rooms for rent - currently positioning it as a guest home rather than hotel. 2. Ground floor restaurant and cafe to serve Hakka and Shanghainese cuisine. No walk in and must pre-book like an 'Underground Supper Club' and/or 'Private Kitchen'. * There will be no menu. 'What we cook is what you eat' concept. * For lunch and dinner. 3. We will have a German F&B menu. We see this as a backup for quick meal and also for breakfast. Target Market for accommodation service: 1. Age between 18 to 55. 2. Tourist from around the country and world especially. * Australia * Singapore * Kuala Lumpur. * German. * American. * Italian. * French. * Indonesia. * China. * Taiwan. * UK. 3. Hip and willing to explore and try new things. 4. Adventurous but not frugal. Target Market for restaurant: 1. Hotel guest. 2. Local Penang community. 3. Folks from KL and Singapore. 4.
