For our online webshop we are looking for the following:
Currently we are running under Mambo-phpshop, which is not satisfying us. We are looking at different carts, such as zen-cart and OsCommerce but have not decided yet. We are selling clothing and accessoires on a business-to-consumer base. We want an easy to access shop, no registration for customers needed, 3 payment methods: Cash in advance on our bank account, through Paypal and a pick up at home method with cash payment. Shipping with us is always included in the price so no special things needed.

Important to us:
Easy adding products an new categories
Easy editing text (low knowledge of html and php present, easy like in Mambo)
Coupon discount possibility (gift coupons and permanent coupons, as in zen-cart)
The template/site should not look like a standard template
Multiple pictures per product possible
Simple navigation
Support multiple languages (English and Dutch)
The 3 above metioned payment methods
Newsletter component
Possibility of easy changing templates in the future
E-mail confirmation of order and status of order
Optimized for Search engines
Variable width

A tool for people to design their own shirts. (not directly needed, future item)
So we want a combination of both worlds: easy editing of Mambo, functionality of Zen-Cart/OsCommerce but without the registrations needed in all programs.
