Simple html job PSD / PDF to HTML

Project Description: I have a straightforward HTML job to code. I want a table free, clean css code. PDF attached of the style. I need home page, 2 styles of main page and a simple contact form. PDF or illustrator AI files available. The AI file is layered - you can convert it to PSD if you wish. The page Background to be an image resized to the browser window - no repeat. The main navigation bar is to be locked in position ( at the foot of the page on the home page and at the top of the page on other pages. ) whist the rest of the page scrolls Simple home page, Product list, detail page, common text page and contact form All static pages - we will add tags for our CMS later All CSS and code to be commented to describe action. This is a simple job so I'm expecting small bids. I want the job complete within 2-3 days
