Small updates in our website design

Hello,
we have a photoshop psd file of our web site and html web site that was designed according to this psd design.
But now, we want to have very small updates on this design. We want to add new layer (basic div at the bottom of the page), change the location of two images (we have images) and change the color of layer (we have color tones)...
As you see we have complete website in html and psd format. In fact, it is about 2 hours work at maximum.
We will post old psd and new psd and html code of old psd.
That's it. No web site design needed.
But after this job, we will consider the long term relationship with the freelancer friend.
