ecommerce store for smartphone cases and accessories

Hi, I am looking for someone to build me an eccommerce store asap. I do not have much time or money, but I can do much of the work myself. I need someone to be able to provide a template, input the banners, and setup with sage pay. I already have this account in place as a previous site went down. I will input all pics myself and written text and provide the categories on the left and across the top. I need a few additions such as news features, and abilty to add multiple images. I hope someone ou there can provide me something quick and functional. But looks great!!!
