Magento E-Commerce site development

We need rockstar web developer to prepare our E-Commerce MVP.
Basically the functionality will be very similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view], with some differences;
1) Web site should be capable of being multilingual.
2) You can use popular frameworks to make your life easier. (Magento, zencart etc.)
3) The design will be provided, but you need to tell me if you'll convert PSD to HTML/CSS or you'd want me to provide HTM/CSS.
4) Most important part of the project is, customer measurements, please check the example sites to figure out. So this part might require some extension development if you decide to use a framework. Also I'm attaching some screenshots from the 2 web sites. As you can see both sites provides a guide for the first time user how to take measurements and also they keep these measurements in the user profile so the user can change these later on.
I might require you to develop some small code as part of the selection process, if I do so, I'll create a separate fix project with 50 USD fixed price and ask 2-3 strong candidates to complete this test.
I'll provide more detail and project specs to the accepted candidate.
