Magento Developer to Update a Magento Website with Custom Changes

I'm looking for an experienced Magento developer to make some custom changes to the following Magento website: [login to view URL] And here are the changes that I'm looking for: 1. Please modify the website's color scheme so that it matches the [login to view URL] website. In addition, please update the website's logo as well. In other words, this website should match and look as similar as possible to the [login to view URL] website. 2. Please help install and activate SSL on the website. The website already has it's own unique IP Address. Then I want you to install the Magento Store Manager extension so as to get all the extra functionality that comes with this extension. 3. Please update the website's product line with about 20 computer based products of your choice. I want to get rid of all the medical equipment - I want the website to show some computer based products so that I can get bank approval for the purpose of activating [login to view URL] - so I can get the website to process credit card transactions. 4. Once the website can successfully process credit card transactions, then I want you to develop an "escrow" functionality to the checkout process. In other words, when the customer purchases something from us it automatically goes into escrow which only the customer can release once what they purchased has been completed. You see - when fully completed, this website will sell "services" and not products and that's why I need this website to have escrow functionality (just as freelancer.com has). This escrow functionality will also include the creation of a page where the customer can manage their escrow payments. It will also include the creation of a page where the store manager can check and manage any outstanding escrow payments (from an Administrators point of view). However - I want to keep this functionality as simple and make it as easy as possible. I don't want anything complex here - basic and easy. 5. Please add an extra step to the checkout process where the customer can submit their website or custom information to use. This extra step will include the creation of several new fields where data can be entered and then later tracked by the administrator or other Magento users. That's it - this shouldn't be too hard for the right Magento developer. But, I also want you to code this in such a way where I can "install" these changes on any Magento system - if at all possible.
