Wordpress site tidy up

I have put together a wordpress eCommerce site using a theme that was purchased. As the theme wasn't quite to my taste I customized it to what I need. Unfortunately this has resulted in a few of the links becoming broken. I have also translated a couple of pages to German and even though these have been uploaded the page still shows up in english in the browser.
I basically need someone to check over the site and fix these little niggles. I'm sure that the solution is pretty easy, unfortunately I just can't seem to work it out. A url and full description of each problem will be provided to whom ever fancies taking on the job.
