Need Website Designers and Promoters

Hi, We need freelancers to design and promote our online chat services which offer free live service to the visitors to get a free lancer job. The work includes: 1)Design dynamic webpages (on the theme get a free lancer job) 2)Direct all the visitors and freelance advertisors to the online chat for live discussion and recruitment 3)Promote the website and optimise it to get the maximum number of visitors. 4)Moderators (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) to be appointed who can direct appropriate queries to the advertisors. The chat server is already installed in which the advertiser will be given a VIP status and will be answering user queries on the job through moderated channels
