Website idea needed

Hello,

I am looking forward to make a website, through which I can earn in someway, whether ads or subscriptions or whatever. I am looking for good ideas to start the site, I shall either pay you for the idea or you can develop the site and I invest, and you keep a share of profits.

Please!, I am not looking for "article sites" and etc. which are pretty common, almost every third person on the web says, you can earn by articles, ebooks blogs, affiliations etc.

What I am looking for is something unique, some kind of site which does not exist or even if it does it is substandard, I shall get the ads, they do not bother me, you have to tell the means of getting unique clicks.
