Create Wordpress Website

I am looking for an experienced Wordpress developer to replace our existing website. Our existing website is a Wordpress website, but the technical quality of the work is so low that I believe that it makes sense to completely redevelop the website from the ground up. The website itself has approximately 40 pages, but many of the pages use an identical style. (For example, we have 12 Staff Biography pages on the website, but all 12 pages use exactly the same style. Only the content changes between these pages.) In order to complete the website, you will need to be able incorporate the following extensions into the website: (a) a simple lightbox that is used to show larger versions of images, (b) a complex lightbox that is used for handling PDF files and allows the users to scroll between pages and to save or print the PDF file, (c) split screen scrolling where the the left-hand portion of the body of text (the menu) remains in the same place when the right-hand portion of the text (the content) is allowed to scroll (if necessary). One important consideration is that the website should not look like a Wordpress website. You will NOT be able to use an existing Wordpress Theme, you will need to do some customization for our desired style. As you can see from the included documentation, the style of the revised website has already been pretty much determined, so there will be very little design work required beyond replicating the design that has been previewed in the attached file. You will be able to use Wordpress Plugins for the extensions noted in the preceding paragraph, where available.
