Modify WP-theme template

I have a client who would like to have a WP site using a specific WP-Theme, but would like some of the design elements modified.
This should be simple matter of editing CSS and some PHP code.
We have a copy of the WP-Theme zipped and can send if you need to review it.
The site currently using the WP-Theme is www.prioritypm.com.
