WordPress -- Quick "placeholder" website homepage

Need a quick, temporary Wordpress homepage ... potential for additional work on an ongoing basis. I have a template I purchased and loaded on a temporary hosting site ... need someone to put my personal logo, contact info, professional license ID#, my company logo and info and a "this is my new site, please check back for growing content and updates" post. I need a site up and "live" in order for my professional association to okay the design to allow the content I need. Once I get that approval, a professional real estate WordPress design company will be doing my site within the next month, incorporating MLS property search capability, but they won't be doing ongoing tuneups and special features, so this project has the potential to turn into an ongoing contract or hourly work.
