Wordpress Setup - Theme, Graphics, Design, SEO Plugins, Etc

Hello Fellow Freelancers, I'm looking for a person or team to help me with on going project. I have a huge personal projects I've been working on for months now and I need to kick start it into over drive. I need a someone/team who is a wordpress experts to setup the following: -SEO Friendly Themes -Design of niche/topic -Graphics -SEO Plugins, Social Plugins etc -Content Placement (Not Content writing) I will provide the content. -Product/Affiliate/Adsense Placement -Setup Twitter & Youtube accounts for each niche. I will provide the following: -Domain name -Keywords -Product/Affiliate/Adsense -Content -Examples of the niche if need (You should be able to research each with good understand) I'm looking to build 10-20 each month and more after good results. IMPORTANT!!! ----> This is a project for hard, creative and smart freelancers. You must use different setups for each blog/site. This is NOT a CLONE project! I repeat this is not a CLONE type of project. Every site should be unique to fit it's niche. I'm looking for a FLAT RATE for each blog/site.
