Build a Business Card Website for a Photographer

A hobbyist photographer is looking for a web developer with WordPress experience to build me a basic business card website that people can refer my clients to. This is a one-time project. I am looking for a developer that can produce results fast (under 3 days). I will provide you with hosting details.
The website will be used as a showcase of my abilities. It needs to be mobile-friendly and contain only one page. I would like it to have 3 little sections - about me, gallery and contact. All of them need to be on one page only.
Functional Requirements:
REQ 1: Menu with the anchor links
* When clicking about/gallery/contact options on the menu the user needs to be automatically scrolled down to that section.
* Rationale: I want my potential client to learn about me, see my work and then contact me.
REQ 2: Gallery with my photos
* You will be provided with 10 of my photos to add to the gallery.
* Rationale: Users need to be able to see my work
REQ 3: Contact Section
* The contact form should contain my phone number and the contact form.
* Contact form should ask for the name, email, phone and the question of the potential client
* When clicking submit the contact form data will need to be sent to my email.
* Rationale: I want client to be able to reach me through my website.'
For the "About Us" section I will provide you with text to use.
MILESTONES:
I would like to have 3 milestones.
1) Present me with 3 templates to choose from.
2) Upload and customize the chosen template
3) Implement my final feedback.
