This website for first online business. Will require a lot of advertisement elsewhere to start run. It's gonna make job search upside down. Name could be Just Work. I want people can upload they CV or strength. Very important they can let us know when they are available. If they want accepting jobs after alert. So employers are can send invitation or make offers around area available people. Also what a lot of people/job seekers lucking for is suitable work what could be matching with partner job or totally opposite. Example my partner don't need to match because she need job in school time. Patience to going through on 100s of agency etc could be very stressful. If a mummy can upload a CV here employers can found her experience and it's make easier. So one side found a fast job, and for others no hassle(es) any more found a right job. People trying taking job then leaving because somehow they can't manage. Also employers can uploading jobs and job seekers can reading. Personal data protection very important for both. If job accepted by employees employers can review candidate profile. I'm start this with zero experience if any information required please let me know. The hole system how I imagine is like JustEat or Uber Eat. Below skills what's required to create this I'm really not sure. If someone reading this post if I make a mistake please let me know. I have this idea and I think it's worth to try. About budget if someone can show me some example what they down so far or pointing example like that cost £xxxx will be helpful. Now will choose a small project level but I can change the budget.
