looking to build a simple website (google looking type) where anyone is able to manually create a tracking number. once create anyone is able to follow up on the status by putting in the tracking number into the search of the website. Whoever has that tracking number is also able to add comments to that tracking number. HTML5 ONLY! Also anyone is able to get emails/tex message notification when someone adds a comment to that tracking number.
