Building Landing Page

We are looking for a freelancer who can build a landing page in German language for us (the freelancer, however, does NOT necessarily need to be German speaking). The aim of the landing page is to offer a comparison page that helps individuals and businesses looking for a facility cleaning company to find the right one. For this purpose, the visitor of the page should have to answer a few (5-10) consecutive questions regarding the building that should be cleaned (type of building, size of the building, frequency of cleaning etc). Depending on the answer to the previous question, the following questions may vary. The respective logic / "Decision Tree" will be provided by us. Based on the answers to the questions, we, as the operator of the website, will then be able to suggest a suitable cleaning company to the user, which we would then inform the user about via e-mail / telephone. The setup of the website should be similar to the following example: [login to view URL]!1 Below the area with the successive questions, there should be an area for some content in text form that will be provided by us. This area would not be connected to the question area above and would therefore be static / would not change depending on the answers to the questions. Furthermore, we can imagine to also integrate a chatbot into the site. The chatbot should be able to give automated answers to about 10-20 standard questions that the user could select. In case that the user’s question is not covered by the standard questions that he can choose from, the user should have the possibility to ask a question in a free text field and under indication of his e-mail address. This question would then be answered by us with a delay. A real-time chat function between us and the user is not desired. Since this chatbot function is not prioritized by us at present, we would like to ask you to list the costs and time expenditure for the chatbot function separately in your offer. Furthermore, we would also like to ask you to send us your offer if you are only interested in creating the landing page in the basic version without the chatbot. It is important to us that after completion of the landing page and thus with the completion of the project, we can adapt / optimize the page independently without having to have in-depth programming knowledge. Using website building platforms like Wix, thus, could be helpful but is not a necessity. We will provide you with the logic / decision tree of the questions as well as with a draft of how we imagine the landing page to look like after the initial contact.
