I want to create a website and an iOS and android app for my painting and cleaning company. The company is called Magnificient Painters and Cleaners LTD. I have a logo and a design Idea of how the website and app should look like. I have some pretty specific requirements, and would prefer to talk over voice while translating my ideas to you. I would also need future support for the app and the website, and need a server to host the files for both. I will pull all the files for the website and the app from you after a year (or maybe more, it actually depends).
For now, I am asking for pricing for pricing for these things:
1. Website
2. A secure server to host the website
3. App for iOS
4. App for android
5. Support for the app and the website for six months
6. SEO optimization for all these products
7. Updates in the website and app on demand and as necessary for six months
