I sell/design kitchen remodels. The company I work for thought they were brilliant and developed their own crappy CRM (Customer retail management system). The thing is it really sucks and its an absolute waste of my time. I need to have it updated regularly though and really dont have the time because I am actually too busy helping clients and selling. So if we could figure out a way to link the system to my google mail and calendar so everytime I update those it updates the crm that would be amazing.
Also, I would like to figure out a way to have my emails automatically repliend to when they are sent to me from the sales reps. The problem is it gets sent to me from the sales rep and not the acutual client. Ideally, it would be easier if I got the emalil from the client so gmail would know thats the person I need to reply to. Now I have to look at every email and create a contact that on my own and generate an email (Saved template) to email that client and add them to a campaigne. I know what I need to do is possible but I just dont know how. I know Zapier just made an extension for gmail so maybe that can help in someway. Anyways... Thats about it. I have so many other things I just need an automation expert to hook that all up for me. If we could set up my gmail to do multiple things that are work related and learn to clean out my mailbox regularly that wouyld be amazing.
