Duplicating existing website

I have an existing website created with sitebuilder.com. They are charging an outrageous amount of money, so I would like to move from them. Unfortunately, there are not raw files to transfer to a new host, so I need them done from scratch. I need someone to take a look at the website, and re-create a replica (not 100% perfect, just enough to have the same idea). I need to be able to have access to the raw files of the website and be able to move them from host to host if need be. The website is www.epimdev.com. Its a very simple website with very simple functions.
