We manufacture anti-corrosives that can be applied to HVAC Systems. We have 2 locations, main office & production facility. Chemicals & Chemical Sales These chemicals are sold primarily to our Partners. The chemicals such as Cleaners, Primers, Top Coat are sold in Pails & Drums to these partners. We also have DIY Aerosol kit with all of them contained in this KIT to be sold to consumers. Our chemicals are also shipped overseas. The sales process involves with an order from our partners, this order is then sent to accounting for billing. Then it is released to our in-house production team, described below in our in-house services section, here a requisition form is created and the chemicals are pulled and shipper is called. The accountant currently creates the shipping labels and emails the order & shipping labels to the production manager. Partners Our Partners are of the following types: 1. Certified Applicators: These are large HVAC service companies with reasonable investment to do In House or Field Service just like us described below. 2. OEM Manufacturers: Companies that manufacture HVAC equipment. They usually send their parts to us to be coated before assembling or sending to their clients. 3. Distributors: These are big companies that sell parts etc. They only buy these Aerosol Kits in cases. 4. Manufacturer Reps: These companies are sales people orchestrating any kind of sales. Our Non Partner customer base: 1. Government: Just Services 2. Consumers: DIY Kits. (Aerosol) Services Our coating services are of 2 types, 1. In house: Companies send their equipment to us and we coat them. Here depending on what our sales staff negotiated and the equipment we do Dip Coat or Spray Coat. Once a quotation becomes a Purchase Order our production staff receives it and the HVAC (whole units or parts) and begin the process. Our Production Manager creates a Job Order, this is a print out right now detailing 10 stages these received units, as there can be 1 or many units, go through. Once completed, we need to be able to submit shipping related info to the trucking companies for pickup. We would like to electronically submit and receive what the shipping cost might be during the Quote process. 2. Field Service: We schedule our techs to go on site and spray coat. The customer pays for travel, boarding & lodging. Inventory All chemical inventory is maintained at our production facility. We pull the chemicals for In House use for the Coating process and for chemical sales. We also have equipment inventory that is maintained at our main office. What we want Website 1. Website created with cutting edge technology describing our products and services. We want only the DIY products for consumers to purchase listed with no price but with a shopping cart that that initially just submits this as a quote. This SEO enabled shopping cart needs to be pluggable with a payment gateway in the future. So essentially the sections are Home, About Us, Products, Services, Partner Application, FAQ, Contact Us. 2. Partner Portal where our partners can log in and place request for quotes on partner products & place order for services. Also an area where they can get updates on production items and what stage they are in as well as shipping information like tracking number etc. 3.
