Looking for an experienced web developer to customize a shopify theme. Project is comprised of points described below.

Customization needed:
1. New responsive website header in mobile view:
We would like the wishlist and search to be visible on mobile view as well. As it is now it is all compressed in to the menu. We would also like the header to be sticky on mobile view.

In addition: The header "contact bar" (black information bar on top). We would like to have to option of turning its visibility on and off for mobile view. It is currently turned off by default in the theme. It should also behave the same way as we use our current top bar on {url is included in brief} on both mobile and desktop (refer to the pink top bar with text).

2. New collection filters: By default,, we are limited to one universal tag based filter that shows on all product collection pages. What we would like: the ability to create unique tag based filters for each collection page (with different product tags etc.). For example: if a collection only contains brands X,Y and Z - we see no point in showing the following filter brand tags: A, B, C, X, Y and Z. We want to be able to choose the look of the filter based on collection pages.
3. All picture and product swipe carousels on our theme:
Reference example: use any product carousel on our current active site at: {site will be included in brief}. We want it to behave exactly like they do there. The customization on all carousels has two requirements:
*Smoother picture scroll flow
*Lock vertical page panning/scrolling as soon as the user has engaged the carousel.
N.B As usual with all shopify themes; all respective content in customized website sections above should be available for editing via the Shopify admin GUI editor. Further details and pictures describing how we want everything to look and function has been prepared to make your work easier.
Any other suggestions for better solutions are also welcome.
