Develop, maintain, and enhance internal and external software solutions, including integrations with MSP-focused applications such as HaloPSA, PRTG, Azure, and others. Develop and maintain an internal AI-powered platform, currently named "Helios," for advanced data retrieval and chatbot capabilities. Responsibilities: Website Development and Maintenance: Create, update, and manage intuitive, responsive websites using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. Ensure robust performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices. MSP and Customer Software Solutions: Develop and maintain integrations and applications for internal and external use, specifically targeting platforms like HaloPSA, PRTG, Azure, and related MSP software. Ensure system interoperability, reliability, and security. AI Software Development ("Helios"): Frontend Development: Develop intuitive, responsive UIs using React Native (web compatibility). Backend Development: Implement backend services using FastAPI and Docker; integrate OAuth authentication (Microsoft, Google). AI Integration: Incorporate Cloud AI APIs (OpenAI, Grok, Gemini, Copilot) and local Ollama models; manage vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS); develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Data Management: Perform document parsing (DOCX, PDF, TXT, PPTX, CSV); generate/manage text embeddings. Skills Required: Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend services (FastAPI, Docker). Strong knowledge of OAuth, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Azure, and MSP-related platforms. Experience integrating AI technologies (OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot, Ollama). Familiarity with vector databases, embedding techniques, document parsing, and text extraction. Additional Capabilities (Future Enhancements): Implement multi-user support and role-based access control. Fine-tune local AI models for specialized industry domains. Integrate OCR for enhanced scanned document processing. Optimize solutions for real-time responsiveness and overall system performance.
