Give our website a "fresh" look by customizing a new template and transferring content

We are a dance studio in Utah that wants to give its website a "fresh" look through a new template and more professional design. We currently use joomla (an older version) on our live site. I have hired a developer to transfer the site over to new joomla version, which he did and the site is not located on our server at [login to view URL] and isn't live yet because I need help with content creation and design to make this site "live ready". This is what I am looking for: 1. I need help creating a layout for all the pages that would look fresh, engaging and professional. 2. I need someone to help me transfer all the content from our current site to the new site and make sure it looks awesome designwise. 3. I want to make sure of the widget kit that came with the new template and other plugins that are needed (for example website live chat). So the person needs to be very familiar with joomla and plug ins it has to offer. 4. I need to make sure the new website is completely mobil 5. I need to make sure all the pages are optimized for SEO so we don't loose our awesome google ranking we have right now. The 90% of all pages are already created, the template is already installed, but I don't have time to finish it up and enough css knowledge to solve the issues I encounter in the process.
