Jira Service Management (JSM) Customer Portal Implementation 1. Project Overview We are seeking a freelancer or agency to implement Jira Service Management (JSM) as a customer portal for our immigration company. The portal should allow customers to log cases, track their status, receive automated updates, and securely upload documents. Internal teams should be able to manage and process these cases efficiently. 2. Scope of Work Customer Portal Features: Case Logging: Customers should be able to submit immigration-related cases. This can be discussed further if need to restrict to internal teams Case Tracking: Customers should have real-time access to their case status. Automated Notifications: Email/SMS updates for case status changes. Document Upload: Secure document submission for customers. Restricted Access: Customers can only view their own cases. Internal Team Features: Case Management: Assign cases to agents with workflow tracking. Custom Workflows: Stages from New → In Review → Processing → Completed → Closed. Document Handling: View, upload, and approve documents submitted by customers. SLA & Escalation Rules: Define response and resolution timelines. Reporting & Analytics: Case trends, resolution efficiency, and dashboard reports. Requirements: Proven experience with Jira Service Management and service desk solutions. Strong expertise in customer portal development and workflow automation. Ability to implement secure document upload and access control. Experience with API integrations and third-party service connections. Good understanding of security best practices (GDPR, data encryption, access control).
