We are planning a series of online events/webinars starting on the 26th of February with focus “Innovation Through M&A With Start-ups and Scale-ups”

We need to focus on:

1. Event branding and Identity: We have a few designs ready

2. Creation of a webpage within TenX2 site with:

• The date and time of the event

• A brief overview of the event so that the audience knows what to expect.

• The event agenda

• Speaker list and photos

• Registration details

3. Creation of content for promotion - Short videos by TenX2 partners followed by speakers

i. Video will be created from the Freelancer

ii. Content, see below from TenX2

- Challenges of corporations to Innovate through start-ups and scale-ups the top 10 things to embrace for success

- Benefits of corporations after successful acquisitions

- Valuation of start-ups from corporate point of view

- Minority Investors or partnerships or full acquisition

- Cultural differences

- Successful Integrations

- Start-ups: How to prepare for successful deals with corporates (Partnership, Joint ventures, Acquisition,... )

- Real Examples and what we learned

First Event content ideas:

Event Flow: Introduce the speakers, Introduce the M&A market, 1 speaker talks about corporates and 1 speaker from start-ups and we are moderating while we introducing golden nuggets

4. Social media marketing - LinkedIn and Twitter driven. Also need a designated tweeter during the event.

5. Email marketing to existing database
