LMS Website design for Online Excel Course

Job Description:

I want someone to create a full fledge LMS website to host my online course. I want it to totally automated, as the course will be a self-paced learning model.

Along with I also need a sales funnel to be designed, SO the idea is that we will sell our online course through various social media marketing and our webinars, and once use will make the payment automatically their user credential will be created and sent to them to Email and then they can log in to our LMS and start their course.

I want the flexibility to add multiple courses whenever I want, also access to student management so I can assign courses to users if needed, and from a student point of view they should have a proper structure of the course, and then as they progress, they should get their certificates which they can download in form of PDF and also if some plugin allows then they can earn batch which can be displayed on LinkedIn.

Also, we want to have a community forum for all the students who enroll in the course they can be connected through some kind of forum and post their problems and issues and other students can answer and help them.

I was hoping if it can be developed on learndash or flexifunnle kind of platform.
