RM50-82 MYR / hour

Looking for a mentor / consultant to have [Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions.] sessions with to help me expedite the implementation of my app idea. Payment will be on an hourly basis and I for-see up to 100 hours of service in total. I already understand the fundamentals of programming and and most proficient in Java. The candidate will help me to: -Set up a web server for the app to use in its function -Program the server such that it delivers the necessary information to the requesting apps -Design and program a very basic administrator access to the website in order to easily change server parameters -Program the communication protocol between the app and the web server -Design and program the android / iphone app (the app itself is very simple) *There may be other areas I need assistance with that are not mentioned here as the project unfolds* Ideally the candidate should have experience in all areas so that they can advise from a holistic point of view, though candidates with experience in any one of the areas will also be considered. The candidate will be chosen based on: A) his/her experience B) the quoted hourly price The candidate should have good spoken English skills
