your budget is low for this type work. i would like to see the site, your description is vague. i may very well need to write to the dbase, also will want to have the data inserted into a dbase if available, then have a php script extract to csv, which will be emailed to the site owner, or ftp'd or both, so that it can be opened in excel. I would need more information to proceed on this project, and especially in this short time frame.
