I need a web designer that does templates for Wix

I need a web designer to design a custom template for my e-commerce store on Wix. The name of my store is Fanecia's Fashion Closet. This will be an online clothing consignment thrift store. I want fun colors, graphics something very eye catching to keep the customers attention and want to stay in my store to shop. I want the best designer on Freelancer this is my brand and I want a unique design on my store. This store will be on the Wix platform. I will be having multiple categories on this store so this must show up on the template as well as subcategories. The designer must have professional stock photos that is related to fashion and shopping. I do not have any images to go on the banners or design etc. There will need hyperlinks put on the templates About Us Page, Privacy Policy, etc I have the text ready for the designer to upload to the site. I need the payment logos and also my Instagram, Twitter And Facebook pages link to my store. If the designer could do some basic search engine optimization that would be great as well. I want the best designer up here that is professional and knows how to design a e-commerce website that is marketable and show off my brand to make me money.
