Nginx Permissions 403 error fix for Magento site on AWS servers

In my Magento website, we can't upload product images, and other files.
It is a file permission rights problem. I am getting NGINX 403 permission issues.
We are using Ansible Playbook for deployment so all changes must be done using Ansible and github.
The SES email is also not working.
