We need a on-line job data base login with calendar feature. The calendar can be Google Calendar if this is possible to be integrated or we are going to have to make one that similar to that of Google Calendar. The database has to be all online based with the option to back everything up on a local hard drive. The database will have 3 different sections. Section one would be "Phone Operator", section two would be "Service Technician", and final would be Admin. The service tech would need to be able to invoice from this database also which would be email automatically in a .pdf format.
Some point to consider about the general site:
- Search feature to find past customers
- Invoice template which would be automatically emailed upon job completion
- Automatic email with our term and condition once the booking has been made with a Work reference number
- Automatic email one day before the job booking as a reminder
- Automatic email 7 days later saying Thank you for you business etc
- Back log of uncompleted job which we might have ordered parts for
- If parts have been back ordered and we would have to return back to complete a job an automatic email should be sent advising it would take 5-7 working days for the parts to arrive.
Phone Operator should have the following:
- Company or Customer
- Job ID: (which would be the same as the Invoice number once the job has been invoiced)
- Company Name: (only if company)
- A.B.N: (only if company)
- Account to: (only if company)
- Given Name:
- Post code:
- How did you hear about us?
- Appliance Brand:
- Appliance Model #:
- Should have a search feature to find past customers.
- Calendar (something like google calendar)
- Back order
- Add Phone Operator accounts & Tech
- Add parts which can be placed on back order
- add parts which can be itemized with a code for easier invoicing
- Search feature for all tabs mention above
