WC's personal website

I am looking to make a personal presence on the web. What I am looking for is a contemporary site created completely from scratch. There are certain things I am looking for: intro music (about 8 bars repeating, sleek volume control, a talking animation of myself, a bio page, and a slideshow containing pictures of my vacation, however, in the slideshow, I would like the pictures to fade out in different patterns after each picture. Then I would also like a section where I can show a few short videos. And I will also need another section labeled " Mailing of the Month" which will also be in the same slide show format. There should also be a visitor counter as well as an guest book. I would also like to have a .us extension.
